一、病因

小鼠溃疡性皮炎综合征（Ulcerative Dermatitis Syndrome，UDS）的主要病因目前虽还不清楚，但似乎是多因素的，可能与遗传因素、强迫症、饮食、环境、性别和年龄有关等因素相关[1] [5]。高风险因素包括高脂饮食、辐照后进行骨髓重建，以及E选择素（E-selectin）、P选择素（P-selectin）或诱导型一氧化氮合成酶（inducible nitric oxide synthase，iNOS)敲除等[1]。

二、发病率

小鼠溃疡性皮炎多发于C57BL/6或具有其遗传背景的小鼠遗传修饰品系，可能是自发的，也可能是在皮肤破裂后继发，如咬伤或打耳标[1] [4-6]。目前对于溃疡性皮炎没有明确的治愈方法，但可以通过长期治疗干预来控制轻度症状的病例。

三、临床症状

C57BL/6小鼠易患脱发性皮炎，由于过度梳理、抓挠、打架常常会加重病情，进而发展为表皮溃疡[7]。小鼠会反复抓挠自己的头部、颈部、肩部和腋窝等区域，导致表皮病变，通常是被条件性致病菌感染，导致刺激增强并引起持续的刺激和感染循环。在慢性病的情况下，溃疡区域可能会出现疤痕，导致皮肤挛缩和运动受限。

四、病理学

患有溃疡性皮炎的小鼠通常发生局灶性皮肤溃疡，显微镜下表现为混合性皮肤炎性细胞浸润，以中性粒细胞、巨噬细胞、肥大细胞和淋巴细胞充盈为主，可以观察到相邻的表皮增生[2-3]。

五、如何判断溃疡性皮炎综合征和打架所致外伤？

临床可以根据皮肤的粗略和组织病理学观察进行诊断。

七、兽医护理方案

1、加强健康巡查：经常性的巡查可以及时发现发生溃疡性皮炎的小鼠，根据上述UDS分级，对轻度或中度病例动物进行适当的治疗护理，以减轻或延缓症状；重症病例及时执行安乐死，减少动物痛苦。

2、治疗后期观察：若治疗3-7天后，UDS症状无明显的效果，需要兽医进一步制定临床治疗或检测计划。

八、修剪后脚趾尖对治疗UDS临床效果观察

1、临床案例一：

通过减掉后脚趾尖，颈部溃疡性皮炎已经完全愈合

2、临床案例二：

修剪后脚趾尖后一周后，A和B黄色圈溃疡部位完全愈合，见C和D.
